We will need to make room to add the rope, so we'll enlarge our canvas.
Click Image, Canvas size...., Size width 300 by height 300.
Open your psp image of your rope.
Click Edit, then copy.
Activate your bucket canvas. Click Edit, then paste as a new layer.
With your mover tool, move your rope to align up with the bucket. Once you have it where you want, click Layers, Merge, Merge Visible.
Note: If you prefer your bucket WITHOUT the rope, then don't follow this step.
Now you can save your image as a PSP image and/or a png image. Your preference. Now you're ready to fill your bucket up with all kinds of 'goodies'!
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
