The meaning for the word "Wares" is one and the same as; Any of the PSP Graphics, PSP Tubes, Any Tags, Pixel Graphics (including Outlines and Premade Pixel drawings), Masks, Frames, Blings, Accents and Backdrops and all Tutorials and any other graphics created by, belonging to and posted in SisterzPSPTreasures Forum. 1. Any pixel premades, pixel outlines, and PSP tubes used as the main focus of your tag(s)/website(s), from this forum, we require written credit, either on your tags/creations or on the website you are using it on, as SisterzPSPTreasures (or the abbreviation of: SPSPT). You MAY link your tags/banners/graphics to our forum if you choose, but is not necessary nor mandatory. Any SisterzPSPTreasures' Masks, Blings, Accents and PSP tubes not used as center focus of tags and/or websites do NOT require written credits. 2. Contents of this site (which includes PSP Tubes, pixel outlines, pixel premades, Masks, Frames, Blings, Accents and Backdrops, tags, banners and all Tutorials) are NOT to be used in any collections, placed on any other sites as part of their collections or sets, placed in albums, recorded on CD's, used in pornography, used on any sites that have violence or racial bias. 3. Contents of this site (which includes PSP Tubes, pixel outlines, pixel premades, Masks, Frames, Blings, Accents and Backdrops, tags, banners and all Tutorials) are NOT to be used in tags/banners/graphics for sale. We are sharing these freely, therefore we feel they should not be for sale or for monetary profit. Other than that rule, any tags/banners/graphics you make from our "wares" are yours to do as you choose. 4. No alterations of pixel outlines or premades UNLESS it's for animation purposes only, however one frame must be of the original. 5. You MAY colorize PSP Tubes. 6. You MAY resize PSP Tubes. 7. You MAY change colors on the Pixel Outlines. 8. When creating your tags/banners/graphics using SisterzPSPTreasures' Pixel Outlines, ALL outlines MUST be filled in. 9. You MAY use any of our PSP Tubes in your tutorials, but must credit the tube used as coming from SisterzPSPTreasures (or the abbreviation of SPSPT) and a link back to http://sisterzpsptreasures.freeforums.org By using our 'wares', it is implied that you have read these terms of use and have accepted them and will abide by them.
